Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, to Mexican parents, his mother from Sinaloa and his father from Zacatecas, Brian showed a fondness for ranchera music from an early age. Now, at just 17 years old, he stands out as a versatile singer-songwriter who performs with Banda, Norteño, Mariachi, and soon, Sierreño.
At the age of 11, he participated in Telemundo's national contest, La Voz Kids, being one of the lucky ones to advance to the first round of recordings in Miami, Florida, and being coached by one of the most popular singers of this era, Prince Royce.
In such a short time, he has recorded four albums. The first album he released is titled "Música del Ayer," which he recorded at the age of 10. He later recorded the album "Mi Amigo." His third album is titled "Amor Entre las Flores," the same name as the single released from the album, authored by Brian.
He now presents a professional record production titled "Déjame Convencerte," the same name as the promotional single. This fourth production is completely different, with Sinaloan Banda music and contains 13 varied tracks, of which 3 are unreleased and 2 of them co-authored by Brian and Simon Muñoz.
"The Puerteño," as Brian is known, is passionate about acting. At the age of 5, he participated in the short film "Los 2 Compadres," as the son of the renowned actor Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, alongside Mr. Don Pedro Rivera. He continued in acting and now has 3 participations in theater plays, and soon will debut in "Rigoletto," an Italian play performed in Spanglish (Spanish and English).
Undoubtedly, Brian is a promising and multifaceted talent who is not afraid of challenges. Since the age of 7, he has participated in the grand event of 'La Feria de Los Caballos Españoles,' in the city of Industry, California, giving a horseback show and singing with Banda.
Over time, he has opened concerts for Ezequiel Peña (Cheque) and the beautiful Maribel Guardia. He has been accompanied in performances by: Mariachi Las Divas, La Auténtica Banda Jerez, and La Décima Banda, and even had a spontaneous performance with Poncho Lizárraga from Banda El Recodo.
One of the events he remembers and wishes to share is his participation in the 2016 tribute to his idol, the late Pedro Infante, which took place at the historic Million Dollar Theater in Los Angeles, California. He will soon be filming the music video for his latest single, yet to confirm the location.
